Local co-hosting support · Atlanta Metro
HMZ HostCare provides co-hosting for short- and mid-term rental owners across Atlanta Metro. Turnovers, cleaning, lawn care, pressure washing, inspections, restocking, and vendor coordination are available only as connected support within an accepted HostCare co-hosting agreement.
Inside a HostCare agreement
HostCare does not accept standalone cleaning, lawn-care, pressure-washing, turnover, or property-check bookings. The support below may be included or coordinated only after HMZ and the owner agree to a co-hosting relationship.

Routine lawn and exterior upkeep may be coordinated when needed for a property under an active HostCare co-hosting agreement.
Exterior surface cleaning may be coordinated when the co-hosting plan and property condition call for it. It is not separately bookable.
Inspections, restocking, maintenance and vendor coordination, local issue response, and documented follow-up may be built into the co-hosting plan.
Why HostCare
Once a co-hosting relationship is accepted, HMZ and the owner define which connected property tasks belong in the plan and which approved vendors HMZ will coordinate.
Responsibilities, frequency, pricing, approval limits, and separate vendor costs are defined in the co-hosting agreement before service begins.
Guest and owner communication can be supported by on-the-ground coordination included in the agreed plan.
Founder Samson Hailu’s accounting and operations background supports organized reporting and responsible communication.
